Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Paper & Leather purchases are final sale.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the materials, finishes, and customization options selected for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or requests for refunds once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All items are sold on a final-sale basis.

  • Orders are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.

  • Orders may not be canceled or modified after purchase.

  • Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and handcrafted items are final sale without exception, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Variations in leather grain, texture, markings, color, finish, and other natural characteristics are not considered defects. These variations are inherent to genuine leather and handcrafted goods.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, dimensions, sizing, materials, colors, and customization selections before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives materially damaged during shipment or you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact Paper & Leather promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

After review, Paper & Leather will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another remedy at our discretion. Reporting a damaged or incorrect order does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Paper & Leather is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Paper & Leather directly regarding any order concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.

Nothing in this policy waives or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

By placing an order with Paper & Leather, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
