Paper & Leather products are handcrafted using genuine leather and natural materials. Variations in grain, texture, color, markings, and finish are inherent to these materials and are not considered defects.

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds except where otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, materials, and customization selections before placing an order. Product colors and finishes may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen settings, and natural material variation.

All website content, photography, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and original designs are the property of Paper & Leather and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Paper & Leather reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances requiring cancellation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paper & Leather's liability relating to any purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas. Nothing in this notice limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
